1. About ShiftH
ShiftH is a private project catalog for the Heilweil family. It allows family members and invited guests to share and discover projects built by the community. Access is restricted to invited users.
2. Information We Collect
When you sign in, we collect:
- Your name and email address (from Google or provided directly)
- Your Google account ID, if you sign in via Google
- App submissions you create (name, URL, description, thumbnail)
- Login timestamps
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate the ShiftH platform:
- To authenticate you and maintain your session
- To display your submitted projects in the catalog
- To send email notifications about your project submissions (approval / rejection)
- To control access to private content
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is visible only to platform administrators and, where applicable, other members of the Heilweil family community.
5. Data Storage
Data is stored on a shared hosting server provided by ExclusiveHosting. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Google OAuth credentials are stored as opaque identifiers only.
6. Cookies & Sessions
We use a single encrypted session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the platform administrator. Account deletion removes your personal information and deactivates your access.
