Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using ShiftH, you agree to these Terms of Service. ShiftH is a private platform for the Heilweil family community. Access is by invitation only.
2. Eligibility
Access is limited to Heilweil family members and guests who have received a valid invitation from an administrator. You may not share your credentials or invite link with others.
3. Project Submissions
When you submit a project to the catalog:
- You confirm you have the right to share the linked application
- You agree that submissions are subject to admin review and approval
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
- Administrators may reject, hide, or remove submissions at any time
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit content that is harmful, illegal, deceptive, or violates the rights of others. The platform is intended for sharing personal projects and family-relevant tools.
5. Account Termination
Administrators may deactivate your account at any time, with or without notice, if these terms are violated or at their discretion.
6. Disclaimer
ShiftH is provided "as is" for family use. We make no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform is non-commercial.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
